contacted me about six months after the STRUCTURAL WARRANTYwas over, I advised him that we would no longer come back on cosmetic issues, he then criticized everything we did, at that time I realized that I could, at no point satisfy him, he is the only complaint Hard-Ing builders has had, other people in neighborhood has been so pleased with the quality of our work they have actually referred othe customers to us. We use the most qualified sub contractors in our industry, we are well respected in our field, you can call the city of Phenix city building department and they will also attest to that. My carpet company is carpet and decorating warehouse (334)2977733 you can call them and verify his claim of Cheap carpet of .69 a square ft. Is invalid. We pay $14.00 a yard and is VA certified.
