Review: I purchased LED Taillights that went faulty after a year. I got in touch with both a representative and the manager from Hard Parker Garage. They said that they would send me new lights, but I never received them. I have text messages from both of them saying they will send me new lights. I had sent them pictures of the problem with the lights, they looked at them and said no problem we will send you new ones. These lights were $330, not cheap. They had internal problems with the electrical works. They claim I'm the only one to complain about this issue. However speaking with a representative from the BB, they told me this company has a rating of D. I still have the text messages that they sent me over the past year. They also have now removed the website from which I purchased the lights. If they aren't willing to comply with that request, then I would like a new set of LED taillights

Review: Air suspension ordered over 5 months ago. Promised kit in 3 weeks, kept getting extended. Lied to multiple times about shipping and why they were not shipped. then shipped me part of the kit. waited for the rest of the kit and am still waiting on crucial parts. company has become unresponsive and gotten agressive. also lied to about false advertising of products they are selling rebranding "firestone brand" as "airlift brand"Desired Settlement: Refund me the money I need to complete the kit on my own and prevent others from the struggle I have gone through over the past 5 months.
