ON NOVEMBER 13, I WENT TO THE HARD ROCK STADIUM TO TAILGATE FOR THE UM GAMEI NOTICE THE PARKING RUDE LADY SWIPING MY CREDIT CARD TWICEI ASK HER AND SHE STATED IF IT DID THEN CALL THE PARKING DEPARTMENTI CHECK MY CARD THE NEXT DAY, AND YES I WAS CHARGEI CALL HARD ROCK STADIUM, SEND THEM A EMAIL WITH PROOF MY CARD WAS CHARGE TWICESTILL I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUNDEVERY TIME I CALL I AM PLACE ON HOLD AND TRANSFER TO A VOICEMAIL OF SOMEONE WHO IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE
