Hard Rock Tile and Stone

The tile work completed in our large walk-in shower is of a very poor quality. Many of the wall tiles are not level and grout lines are varied in width. The tiles from wall to ceiling are not aligned. There is a large gap around the shower ceiling light. Almost all tiles that were cut are noticeably chipped. There is an excessive amount of silicone used in all the corners. Frank came out to discuss our disappointment with the work and agreed to do some repairs. He did not show up on the scheduled date to perform the repairs and will not return our calls.
