All began on Mr*** *** brought his car Chevrolet gray/pistachio colorHe wanted to paint his car in this color gray/pistachio finally he chose the green Color.When he arrived to pick up the car he did not like the color of the car that he had chosen and requested to change it to
the to the original color green pistachioHe agreed to pay for this but fail to do soHe took the car and said that he just wanted to take it for a ride and see how it looked and never came back to pay for this serviceLater on he called indicating that the pain on the car was coming off, told him that the warranty was expire.After years he is coming back asking me to paint it once again free of chargeHe left his car here at my shop indicating that he was going to come back and negotiate the price for this service but he never came backHe used to come every other week according to him to see the car but he kept refusing to sign the Contract for the amount requested to paint once again the car.Four months passed by after seen that his car was not paint, he came back to my business without my permission and he was very violent he pushed his car out of my property(I have the videos and pictures taken by my security system)Lateron he came back to sign a contract something he never fulfill.On 1-12-he came to sale me a painting Spray book trusted him in his good intentions and signed a contract the value of the spray book was $1,500,he brought pieces of the spay book indicating that he would bring the rest little by little and later on ensemble the pieceLater notice that the pieces look to old and Complained to him about itI told him that the agreement was not to like this however he left the part he had stating that he was going to come back with the missing part and ensemble the piece in order to solve the problemHe assured me that he was going to solve this problem and the part was going to be ensemble and working according to the agreementSomething never happened. I got tire to complain to him and got no response; what I did placed all the parts in my tug truck and took them to himI took the parts of the machine to him in order to have him ensemble itAt my arrival to his place he was busy and he indicated to me that he would unload the parts/pieces and later on he would return the tug truck back to my businessI called him to complain several times and finally the last time we spoke he stated that one of his friends took it to Los Angeles without his permission until now I continue to call him with no responseThe contract signed with him for the Spray book is for the amount of $23,He never fulfills the agreement and never returned the tug truckThe truck I need it in order to bring in the cars to be fixing this has caused me a lost to my business for $10,a monthThis is the reason I want to sue him so he will return my tug truck and he yould pay the lost this has caused me for his breach of contract

He assured me that he was going to solve this problem and the part was going to be ensemble and working according to the agreement. This is the reason I want to sue him so he will return my tug truck and he yould pay the lost this has caused me for his breach of contract.

Review: Took my truck in over a year and a half ago. Truck was still in the shop until few weeks ago. Originally came to the shop because it came highly recommended. I would not do the sammy worst enemy. It has been a on going horrible experience with this shop in particular Javier shop owner. He is absolutely the worst business person I've ever met. To make this complaint short I will just list my issues from bad to worse.1 communication is almost non existing. In the more then 1.5 years there I never received a phone call with updates or any other questions. I was always the one to call and come down to the shop just to see my truck still sitting the same spot week after week....2 My truck sat there for the last 1.5 year just in the last few weeks was it actually worked on. Not due to money because 90% of the job was paid up front. But rather due to poor business on his part... 3 Quality of work was sub standard and will be taking my truck to another shop to get redone...4 He tried charging me more money for the job but he was not able to even find my contract when he was trying to say he had to do "extra work on the jams". 5 Went last week to start my truck,even though he had been using the truck occasionally for personal use, I found that it was not it drivable condition. Clutch pedal was going to floor starter was not disengaging and lights were not working. I fear of other mechanical problems and will be taking it a real shop unlike his when I finally get it out...6 truck had parking tickets on it. Was not made aware of this until my wife went to pay registration and was told it had street sweeper tickets while in his shop....7 The absolute worse part of this story is the fact that he broke my extremely rare and expensive windshield. I can forget all the other issues that have come up I just want the windshield replaced. A new contract was signed saying he would replace my windshield. This contract was never honoredDesired Settlement: I want the windshield replaced and the rest of the minor issues with the paint job to be completed.
