It is against my better judgment as for refunding the whole amount back when they only had at most a hour left with the limo and some of the things their saying aren’t correct but to show our customers how much we appreciate their business we are going to refund them all their money backThe address I have *** told me they don’t live there anymore so I don’t have an address to send them a check, if you could get one that would be greatThanks ***

I dont want a gift card like I said in our emails. I wont be getting married again and will not have all our family and wedding party together like that at one time. I have 12 people that can say that the limo driver told us she doesnt have a way to get us back after the break down. Not only that we have lots of pictures that show my Best man sitting in your front sit to steer because she couldnt do it. And then when she calls you to say it broke down in the middle of the road. You tell her go to some house and ask for JUMPER CABLES? Im sorry but this should not happen on our wedding day! I will be putting the pictures out there for you to see. All I want is our money back NO GIFT CARD!

I am the manager of Beyond Limousines I had spoke to you about the complaint [redacted] had filed on us. I have a copy of the receipt of the tow truck...
that gave the driver a jump which is all it needed, the time is on there which comes into play later in his story. Some of the things in the complaint are not accurate. They make it sound like they got in the limo as soon as it arrived which they didn’t cause they were still taking pictures. [redacted] the limo driver said they left probably left 30-45 mins. after she arrived. The next stop was at another place for more pics. where I actually ended up with my people for pics. cause I was on a different limo run. At this time it was probably around 3:30pm roughly. [redacted] had got her people in the limo to go the another park for more pics. while turning into the park the limo died and they were not in the middle of traffic cause it died as she turned the corner. So they got out and some pushed her a few feet of which she did not ask them to. At this point they went on with pics. in the park where he says the photographer was getting paid to stand there which don’t make any sense cause the reason they are going to the park is for pics. and after that they were headed to the final destination. So immediately after it died and they headed for pics. [redacted] called me and I got a hold of a tow truck for a jump which was roughly 20mins. and he says it was a hour, by the way As they were jumping it [redacted] told me they came and got there things out of the limo and someone picked them up. I also had been in contact with [redacted] in-between the 20mins. And told her I would offer them a gift certificate for the inconvenience of having to wait for the tow truck of which they really didn’t wait cause they were supposed to be doing pics. She never told them nothing about not having another limo. I had spoke with him after that and he was suppose to get me his new address of where to send the gift certificate which is valued at $500. So I’m not sure what you all need from me but I think the gift certificate was more than grateful considering they probably had 30-40mins. left and for me to offer them a gift certificate valued at $500 for only 30-40 mins. left I thought was real fair.
