I bought a new custom chopper and had multiple problems with the bike's poor design and workmanshipI called and sent emails attempting to get advice and help on multiple issues, including getting the bike legal in my state without the front brake handle tied to the brake light They refused to return my phone calls or assist me in any way, so I wrote a negative review itemizing several problems with the bike and lack of customer serviceThe transmission on my bike went out this weekend and I gave them a call to see if it was a common occurrence for this transmission to go out at 1,milesNote I do not hot rod this bike, I am and out grew hot rodding anything years agoWhen I called, Bill told me that before he would give me any information I would have to remove my previous complaint; so now you can add strong arming to the list

Review: I drop off my bike for repair at Hardcore Choppers in early week of July, 2012. As of today, June 13, 2013, they have not yet complete the repair. I have attempted numerous times to contact them for updates and each time they say "parts are being ordered." And when asked to speak with the repair guy, he's never around and left message, he never returned any of the messages. Each week, I call and they say the same thing "NOT READY." Approaching on a year, how long will I need to wait to get my bike back. My insurance [redacted] already paid for the repair and I believe that is the reason why they don't care because they already get paid for my bike whether or not I get my bike back is now left to time. This is a business but what kind of business are they doing.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay me for loss of use of my bike during the time that they have kept my bike. Also, I want them to waive the $500 deductible that I have to pay them. They have cost me alot of time spent calling them, borrowing a car since I can't use my bike. I also want them to deliver the bike to my house because I shouldn't have to come there to pick my bike because I have been there too many times to check on my bike.

The transmission on my bike went out this weekend and I gave them a call to see if it was a common occurrence for this transmission to go out at 1,500 miles.
