Mrs***,We refunded your money to you upon your request during your visit to our store location on 11/12/at our Hardees in Starkville, MSDue to company policy we can not disclose to you how we specifically handled the matter with our employeesThat is against privacy lawsYou requested a refund of your food that you did not receive and that was given back to you.Our district manager, *** ***, has contacted you via email and you have sent her an email back that she is part of the problemThat she and the cook refused to complete your order*** *** is the superior manager over this store and is not the person that was there that day to serve youShe is the boss of the manager and the cook you are referring to and emailed you to let you to let you know that the issue you brought up was being looked intoI'm sorry we can't give you the details of how we handle our employees.I will be responding back to that email so you have my information, since I am from the corporate office. We received a call through our corporate hot line number from this same individual on November 18th.My district manager, *** ***, replied to the customer via email as per her request on the hotline call due to the fact that she stated she will not talk on the phone, emails onlyI have
attached a copy of the complaint that came to us and also a copy of the response that was submitted back to the customerWe thanked her for concerns and providing us the chance to learn where we need improvement and to resolve any issues that come up from time to timeThe guest was already given a refund back for the portion of her order that she did not receive.We never heard anything back from the guest after an email was sent to her
