Initial issue with vehicle repaired under implied warranty which is miles or days whichever comes first on major malfunctionConsumer now has another problem in which I stated to bring vehicle down for a diagnosisI also stated that if it is related to initial issue I would cover it Consumer never has brought vehicle downConsumer has now received documentation from our attorney regarding and unpaid balance of down payment and now makes a complaint against company

Dear *** *** ***, I am the Director of Operations for the Hardee’s in Hutchinson, MN. I wanted to personally apologize for your sandwiches being made incorrectly on your visit on 4/7/of this year. I did look up your order and it was Frisco Combos (both Medium
upsized), one with Fries, and one with onion rings. Unfortunately there was a mix up on taking your order as the “No Bacon” for the Friscos were not rang up on the registers. The Big Chicken was rang up as “Plain” on the receipt 1/Frisco Combo MedFry, MedSoda $1/Frisco Combo Onion Ring, MedSoda $Big Chicken Combo ( Plain), MedFry, MedSoda $ Subtotal was $Tax $Total $ Since this was not rang in correctly the cook would not have known to leave the bacon off the burgers. We do make every effort to make every sandwich the way the customers want the first time. When they remade the burgers, I am not sure what happened as that cook is no longer employed with our company. Our policy is to remake sandwiches due to allergies and not just take ingredients off the sandwiches We do not make any assumptions of food likes / dislikes / allergies based on nationality, sex, or religious beliefs as we would not want to offend anyone by making such assumptions. But we do treat every guest with dignity and respect Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and this will be addressed with our management staff and crew. I have responded to the guest and sent her a full refund even though by now she should have received all but the $back on her cardI have addressed the service issues as well as the expectations of how to handle guest complaints and situationsI have attached a copy of the
