I.H.S. has provided consistently excellent service at a fair price. dependable, honest, trustworthy, on time, efficient, hard worker.

I.H.S Total Services has done are cleaning for several years now and has done a good job and we have no complaints. They come in and do a good job of cleaning our offices and restrooms. When extra work is needed like clean outside windows they do that also. Their cleaning prices are good.

I have found working with [redacted] and his I.H.S. Total Services company to be a very positive experience. He always responds quickly through e-mail and is very accommodating and trustworthy. He does an excellent job.

I.H.S. Total Services has taken care of my vacation condo for two seasons. I have been highly satisfied with the service, they have never let me down.
I have received good comments from guests about how clean and comfortable it is
at my "home away from home".

Review: Today for lunch,in the drive thru of Hardee's, I saw a sign, hot dog COMBO for $2.89. I ordered it & at the window, I was told that it wasn't that amount...it was higher...close to $5.00. I said to the cashier that your sign clearly states ..COMBO...$2.89. It was false advertisement; I wanted the manager to know. I got out of my truck and entered the store to ask the manager about their sign. I told her I was going to report it to Revdex.com for false advertisement. They said it wasn't false advertisment....that their sign means the sandwich only. I said, "Well, your sign says nothing about "sandwich only...it states it's for the COMBO." I asked the manager to come outside and look at it to see what I was talking about..she refused. I put my truck in park right there and went into the store to then ask for her name and the owner's name and phone number. The manager, Melinda, who refused to give me her last name and then refused to give me the owner's name and/or phone number when I asked to speak with him about this sign, kept saying...."that's not the price....the price is_____" repeatedly. She told me to get my truck out of her driveway before she called the St. Bernard police. I told her to call them...I didn't think it was right for them to advertise one price and then the price change when you get to the window. How many people have ordered this COMBO based on what their sign says and not caught this difference at the paying window or did notice the difference and just paid it. The St. Bernard police did come, asked me to move my truck out of their driveway and then I showed HIM what I was taking about....he AGREED with me and then told the manager, [redacted], that the sign clearly states "combo for $2.89" and that they might want to change that...he also informed me that he couldn't make them give me the hot dog COMBO for $2.89. Lol. He also told me that I could obtain the owner's name at the permits office, which is next step.Desired Settlement: 1st..advise mgr. to provide consumers with owner's name/# to whom complaints or suggestions can be addressed. Secondly, be accurate on your signs. Simply say...sandwich only. Why leave it out...why include COMBO? A cop agreed with me about sign, otherwise, I might have gone to jail today for causing an unwarranted disturbance. But, I wasn't making it up, nor did I read it incorrectly. It is false advertisement, even if it is on a small scale. Your manager could use some listening ears.
