To whom this may concern:Please be advised that we received "notice" of complaint ID# [redacted] on 12/20/2016.In regards to Mr [redacted] complaint on 11/28/please be aware that he purchased the unit from one of our dealers and not straight from the factory.When Mr [redacted] called in - stating that he was having issues with his unit, we informed him to please take it back to the dealer he purchased from and have them send the unit back into usMr [redacted] decided to send it in on his own, using his own shipping methodWe received the unit - repaired the unit and shipped it back out to Mr [redacted] at no cost to him.When Mr [redacted] received his unit - he was very upset that there was not a check in the box for $for the shipping amount he claims to have paidHe called into the office VERY upset and spoke with the general manager, Rick M [redacted] .MrM [redacted] talked with Mr [redacted] and offered him a 100% FULL refund at which, Mr [redacted] turned down.Mr [redacted] continued to carry on in such a foul, and loud tone, that MrM [redacted] had to place the phone down because the customer was hurting his ear.The 100% refund still stands, if Mr [redacted] would like to return the unit in new and unused condition.Thank you for your time and understanding in this matter.-- Thank you,Julie H***Ph# 425-530-0837Hardenedarms.com

ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I will choose not to argue about whether the T's & C's said 2-or 3-weeks, as it is entirely possible that I misreadBut, with this stated, I will say that once I got their attention they delivered, but my main complaint was not the 2-vs 3-but was that after attempts to contact them via numerous methods to get a status all I got was silenceOnly after I told them I had opened a complaint with Revdex.com did I get two replies, one from the customer service rep giving me exactly what I was looking for, which was the current ship status. The second email was from someone in sales saying "You can have the Revdex.com contact me directly. In fact, I am more than happy to cancel your order and credit your account. A thief we are NOT." I never accused them of being a thief; all I wanted was ship status. And no where in this sales persons email was there any hint of customer empathy. I found her reply very unprofessional and rude
