The client opened a ticket around 1:50AM CST on 4/The client has 12-month agreement which does not expire until June or JulyWe have not replied, but billing requests may take a day or two to completeWe did not charge their card manually, it was automatically performed by our
systems. I have spoke with Trish at Contegix (the company that acquired Admo, which acquired HardHat) and she will reach out to the client to relay this information

If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response becauI gave CONTEGIX (What a stupid name by the way) plenty of time to refund money, instead they choose to ignore it and played stupid. They only refunded my money after I told them I would sue...here is there email after the lawsuit threat......Sir, as I stated below a refund has already been processed.  We are aiming to go above and beyond to fix this issue, threats are unnecessary.  Should you have further questions, please let me know.  Thank you, Trish The law suit was not a threat it was a PROMISE!!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM HARHATHOSTING...THEY ARE THIEVES  Trish [redacted] in Contegix billing already replied to the client letting them know the terms of our engagement and that they would be provided a refund. At no time did we falsely charge the customers card, and we were not attempting to unlawfully take money from the customer. I am rejecting this response because: I have no 12 month agreement with hardhathosting, it is month to month and always has been for 10 YEARS...PERIOD!!!!! Contegix has scammed me, the 12 month agreement is a LIE, they will say anything to save face!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT Contegix has STOLEN FROM ME...NOW. Contegix TOTALLY screwed up my server and then STOLE MY MONEY when I canceled. SO, what if the system charged my CC automatically, you know about now....SO...REFUND MY MONEY NOW!!!!! QUIT PLAYING GAMES!!!!!
