Hardie's Used Cars

Company withholding money that should be returned. I made a payment of 294.24 on my car of that I had purchases from hardies, the next day, before the check was deposited, I purchased another vehicle from another company who paid my car loan off. The new car company asked for a "10 day payoff" from hardies, which was $6,500" hardies cashed my check after this and accepted the 10 day pay off, yet only refunded me $81.81, which is unacceptable on a 294.24 payment. Desired SettlementI wish to be refunded an overpayment in full. Business Response this has nothing to do with hardies used cars this is with his finance company
