I put in an application for financing 2 days ago and was told it usually takes an hour and a half. I fully expected not to be approved, and I wasn't. The problem is it took almost 24 hours and even then they didn't call me, I had to call them. I told them at that time I had a co-signer and was told to put in the application with the new information online. Now I'm again 24 hours after and still haven't heard a word! I've given up on Hardin, I liked them in person but apparently even with a co-signer that has all but perfect credit they are too good to be bothered with the likes of me.

Is it possible to give a worse review? Zero stars wasn't an option. They sold us a car they had literally glued parts back together on. We paid $7000 and were told it had over $8000 in repairs. According to several mechanics (and the lawyer we hired), they had the car for a year and repaired it "just enough to get it off the lot". We should have had it assessed by a mechanic in advance, but I guess we thought we could trust them...what a mistake. When we brought the car's problems to their attention, they got a lawyer and said "go ahead, sue us". Now, we are out $7000 for the car, unless we want to spend 2 years and several hundred dollars to sue them. Do yourself a favor--NEVER buy a car here.

Review: I purchased a vehicle in january 2013. to this date I still have no registration. along with that I keep getting pulled over and keep being notified that there are 3 sets of plates registered to the vehicle and none of which are to me. the title still comes up in the previous owners name whom has 5 warrants. I have tried on 3 occasions to fix the issue with no luck. I keep getting the same results from the car lot. they will contacttn the dmv and get back to me. still nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the vehicle and get my down payment of 1000 back.

Mrs. [redacted] entered into a contract with Hardin Auto Sales January 15th 2013. As per her contract all payments were due the first of each month, staring 2/1/13. The one and only payment made was 15 days past due. Customer also stated vehicle now has an electrical problem they can't afford to fix or even have someone check it out.

This makes us concerned about the person we have entered into contract with.

Also Mrs, [redacted] was not very forthcoming on her credit application.

This is why we made this decision below...

This vehicle is on repossession, and will continue to be on repossession until customer becomes current with her contract and supplies a correct current address of where she lives. The title will not be transferred until this dealership removes the repossession status. Washington State Dealer Investigator of Spokane County has been informed and approves this none transfer of title.
