To Whom It May Concern: On behalf of the Hardin County Historical Society, I am writing to respond to the complaint by [redacted] of Leesburg, VADue to issues involving errors by the U.SPostal Service, Mr [redacted] 's book request was not filled in a timely manner Upon receipt of his order, the books were sent out and at no cost--the Historical Society absorbed the cost of the books and shipment, and Mr [redacted] 's check was destroyed Thanks for your interest in this matter, [redacted] Treasurer, Hardin County Public Library [redacted]
RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Regards, [redacted] For the record, Hardin County Historical Society signatory, [redacted] ***, is officially registered with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Secretary of State, as current Agent and Treasurer. Clearly indicated in my original BBB Online-Filed Complaint dated JAN-29-2014, stated completed books order form, personal check, and business envelope were mailed JAN-02-2014, via USPS First-Class, correctly addressed to then posted/and now posted HCHS mailing address. AT NO TIME during the intervening weeks and months, through my countless attempts via various channels of communications, have I received a reply/response from Hardin County Historical Society Registered Agent, [redacted] (originally pictured-listed on HCHS website as "President"!). ?My personal check dated JAN-02-2014 remains unsettled; has yet to clear bank. Most important, and altogether contrary to another of Mr. ***'s assertions, I have NOT received delivery of my original three (3) books order!!! In light of the evidence, and in truth, I must reject the Hardin County Historical Society and Registered Agent [redacted] ***'s, MAY-05-2014 "response" to my BBB complaint of JAN-29-2014. Again, read 'desired outcome description' on Complaint ID: [redacted] . I look forward to the complete order being fulfilled. [redacted] A. [redacted] , Ph.D.
