I purchased a certified Hyundai Accent on July This company failed to rectify a sales purchase: missing rear and front mats, tire spare and car jackAdditionally, the finance manager provided a wrong banking information that resulting additional banking charges
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matterMy desired outcome would have been for the dealer to have the car as advertisedIt was my intention to purchase the advertised vehicleSince the same ad with the same different vehicles ran for days straight I assume that none of the vehicles advertised existed for more than a dayI guess my desired outcome now would be to find out when the vehicle was sold & why the dealer didn't change the advertisement in a reasonable timeIt's very clear to me that the dealer continues to advertise sold vehicles for days after they have been sold as a ployDoesn't take that long to change an adWas told by another dealer the same day I went to Hardin Hyundai that there were only two Veloster Flex models left within a mile radiusPretty obvious they knew what they were doingWould like to see some truth in advertising in the futureThe Vin advertised was [redacted] if that helps.Thank you for your time.? I came in Memorial Day weekendThere were a few incentives such as free Starbucks card with test driveFree tv with purchaseOf coarse they " ran out" and would have to "send it to me"Of coarse that was crapThen one of the selling points was " free oil changes for life" which is crapIt's standard for all the cars but only if you stick to the regularly schedule maintenance for the minor and major servicesSay you come for an oil change and you have miles till your minor service you have to pay for your minor service early or pay for your oil changeSo "free oil changes for life" is also crapAnd what threw my horrible experience over the top was finding out my credit had been run times! When I had specifically only gave permission for it to be run once with my bankWhich I told the finance guy I would go see in the morning and bring them the checkHe agreed he'd only submit it to my banktimes with out my permissionAre you kiddingThe receptionist are equally horrible and once they found out I was an unhappy camper became badgering and rudeThese people are completely unprofessionalThey could care less once you leave the lot your solStay far far awayGet your Hyundai from a different dealerI'll never purchase from this dealer again
