Review: I entered into an agreement with [redacted] on May *, 2013. The agreement was [redacted] would debit my account $1500 per month in advance for fortnightly coaching calls via Skype. As of September *, 2013 I had paid [redacted] $7,500. This would have amounted to 10 coaching calls per our agreement.Due to standard rescheduling matters we had missed a call in May and a call in June so instead of speaking fortnightly, we spoke monthly in those 2 months. At no time did [redacted] ever communicate that missed calls had to be taken within the same calendar month or they would be forfeited. Yesterday, I sent [redacted] an email addressing the imbalance between the amount of payments made and the number of calls received and asked if he could make an adjustment on his end to resolve that.He responded by saying "I do not sell coaching calls... What you invested in as a program where you get up to two calls a month. When you miss calls they are not carried over to the next month. Any calls missed during a month must be reschedule during the same month as you have a monthly service."At no time before did he ever communicate that I had invested in "a program" and I reiterate that at no time before did he ever communicate - either verbally or in writing - that any missed calls must be rescheduled during the same month and could not carry over into subsequent months.When I then asked [redacted] to please resend me any documentation where he had clarified those terms and conditions, he responded that he had decided to terminate our agreement immediately and that he would refund me $1500 "in good will" for the month of September, which I had paid in advance.In sum, I paid $7500 for 10 calls @ $750 per call. I received 7 calls which would be a total of $5250. $7500 - $5250 = $2250. [redacted] has refunded $1500 which leaves a balance of $750 and I believe that is still owed to me.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to issue me a refund of $750 per the above explanation.
