My wife and I were guests at Comfort Suites Ocean View during the Amelia Island Concourse D'Elegance car show and as a result of that popular tourist event we were charged a premium rate of $1,for a brief four-day stayUnfortunately, for three of those days WE AND THE REST OF THE GUESTS WERE WITHOUT HOT WATER!
During that time the hotel manager, *** ***, never showed his/her faceBut we were assured by hotel staff that Mr.or Ms*** would contact every guests directly to address what compensation the hotel could offer for this inconvenience
It is now nine months and no one has contacted me despite my repeated phone calls to the hotelMr./Ms *** appears to be perpetually unavailable and unwilling to keep the promise the staff repeatedly made
My strong recommendation to anyone coming to the March car show is to avoid Comfort SuitesSince I am in the residential management business, I can state there is no excuse for guests to be without hot water for th
