I placed an order with our salesrep and he had already given me a quote. Once product delivered they delivered way to many and made us pay for them.I first got a quote from our salesrep and then got approval and placed our order. When the order delivered they shipped a full case instead of 1 pk which was clearly stated on the order and on the quote. From the day we placed the order until delivery there was no mention of having us pay cash until they were there to deliver and I told him before hand that I had to have a parent there to receive the product and that we would make sure they have a check. At delivery the driver demanded cash and made us leave go to bank and pick up cash. I have now texted the salesrep for 3 weeks trying to get this returned and he keeps putting me off but as a non profit we have to have out books closed out and this is holding us up to finish this even and how much we made or didn't make this is alot of money to us.This is non perishable product but one box was not even correct and both again were full cases instead of a pack. Now just received text from salesman that basically told me we should have returned at time of delivery even though I was on the phone with him at time of delivery and he told me I could refuse which the event was the next morning and they were closed on Saturday and that I can return later and I took him for his word. I just received a text "The ticket was signed and therefore legally yalls. It shoudl have been seen beforehand and returned at time of delivery. We are trying to help but with me out of town and others being gone this time of year there are delays. It is a non perishable item so that helps but we will not run a truck to pick up and there are new regulations on returning items by customer hand. As soon as I know if we can hand return as well as the time frames I will let you know."I'm sorry this isn't good enough when he has known issue and return request for 3 weeks.Desired SettlementI am seeking a full refund on a full case of 4123717 this was suposed to be marked w Hamburger and was plain cost of $37.00 pk x 4=$148.00. Also 4283636 cost $37.00 pk x 3 total cost $111.00 we ordered 1 pk was given full case. There are 3 packs that need to be returned. Also we ordered 14 cases of hamburger patties and was quoted clearly on the quote of $54.00 a case but on delivery ticket showed $54.50. We want the $7.00 refund on that over charge. We are due a total refund of $266.00. Business Response We have given this customer several solutions. This customer only orders from us once a year. We have done everything we can to accomidate them. We do not send trucks just for Pickups. He have ask the customer to return to our warehouse and they have not been willing. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I have dropped off product back in November and still no refund have tried everything still no refundFinal Business Response We have reached out to Ms. H[redacted] to resolve the issue, we will certanily pick-up or credit Ms. [redacted] and make sure she is completely satisified.Thanks
