Hardison Heating & Air Conditioning

After waiting 5-6 weeks for a new compressor, I found out today, 5/2/2014 that Hardison HVAC is out of business.I bought this unit, Model [redacted]XXXXXXXXX, in May 2008 from Hardison HVAC and it was installed on May 08, 2008. So far in past 12 months they replaced a "reversing valve, another valve on the outside of the unit and the coils on the unit in the attic. All of these have been covered by the warranty and I paid for labor and freon. After the coils were replaced, the technician tried to charge the unit and then told me that the compressor was now bad, but that it was covered by the warranty.I have been waiting 5-6 weeks for this part and I found out today that Hardison HVAC is no longer in business as of 2-3 weeks ago. I found this out from a friend who knew a former employee of Hardison.Desired SettlementAll I want is for the warranty to be honored and the the defective part replaced.
