I spoke to Dennis on July 11th. He informed me there was an issue with the electronics which was caused in transit and a wire becoming loose.  I informed him that we would gladly send him a PRE PAID UPS label via email and once received give him a 100% refund.  He called a few days later...

said he was going to keep it. Then we received an email he still had it. I called him again this morning and confirmed he has the pre paid label and to place on the box drop off at a UPS store and once received we'd do a 100% refund and email him a receipt ASAP. On a side note we call our customers "the rat bd crew". He obviously was not aware. Also he spoke to me and my name is [redacted] there is no [redacted].A complaint should not have been filed and I kindly request this be removed.Any questions please call ###-###-####.Best regards,[redacted] / President
