These people do not communicate with their customers and their phone system frequently does not work. They have had my money for 4 months and yet nothing is done and I have been trying to chase them down. Do not use this companY!!!

They widened my driveway with interlocking pavers. I asked for my sprinklers to be shifted. They said they would cap them off. They capped them off incorrectly and through the years the sand underneath washed away and a couple of pavers fell through due to lack of support and other pavers have shifted. After the initial job was done the crew left opened and mixed concrete just laying in the lawn next to my patio. We had to clean up after them. They also took pavers that were on my property when they arrived without my permission.
I just wanted them to fix what broke due to poor workmanship, hopefully not at an exaggerated price. But they completely ghosted me. They won't respond to my emails, they will read my messenger messages but won't respond and won't return my calls.

They did a paver job on my backyard, They had no supervision, I had to be the supervisor other wise they would have distroyed my property, they were frequently late, they wouldn't call before they showed on my property, they were sloppy they distroyed my lawn and didn't want to fix it properly, I had to go out and buy material to fix it. Also broke my sprinkler line, they were wanted to plug it and I didn't let them plug it they had to fix it, I wouldn't recommend this company to me, they are inexperience half the time they did not know what to do and I had to step in lucky for me that I was a Superintendent for N and I handle jobs like this before, my advice do not hire this company or you will regret it.

They have poor communication, work was delayed twice, placed wrong color bricks, didn't clean up after job was completed, they were at my house 3 days to complete the job when they told me it would be completed in one day (450sq ft with sitting bench). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Fabio P came out to my house over a year ago to
pitch/level/straighten my paver driveway and the sidewalk leading up to
the house. His crew pulled up 80% of the driveway pavers and
leveled/straighten them and then replaced the pavers back. On the
sidewalk, Fabio's crew just pulled up a few pavers that were sunken and
put dirt material and brought the sunken pavers back up to a level
surface equal to the other pavers. The job cost $7,000. Since a little over
a year, the sidewalk pavers have sunken back down creating and uneven
walkway. And 50% of the driveway pavers have shifted again. Since this
project has a one year warranty... Fabio will not fix the problem areas. I
DO NOT recommend this company.

I have issues with the product purchased, specifically the labor that was performed. I am unable to get a response from any company representative.
I hired co. to install a $18,000 turf lawn. I explained to the representative that I was going to be away for medical reasons and she said "Here is Florida with snow birds it is normal" I was assured it could be done in my absence with constant contact. She was here and facetimed me when they were here working. When completed and I returned, I tried to contact that representative with no luck. Suddenly, the number we were communicating on was never answered. I tried that and email to the company with no response for months. I sent information about the concerns I had about the work done and some property damage. Later I spoke to a representative who said don't worry you have a year on the work warranty (I still have physical no warranty paperwork for the work or product and work was done August 2017) and that he would be out to assess my concerns. He never showed up and never returned my contact attempts again. I tried two addresses to go to the firm without success. I only have receipts that one lady sent as I paid for this job. I also wrote to an address I found online and asked them to respond to this and let them know my intentions of not dropping this issue due to the high cost of it It is my feeling that maybe I was taken advantage of due to the known fact that I was traveling at the time and perhaps even an older woman.
