RM Interiors & Design, Inchas reached out to Ms*** *** on several occasions in hopes to resolve her concernsWe obviously take pride in the services we offer and would never want a customer to feel unsatisfied. We initially offered to send a professional cleaning company to clean
her home, our offer was refused and Ms*** requested that we pay her personally $1,so that she could hire a cleaning company of her choiceWe counteroffered with the amount it would have cost to send our cleaners to which Ms*** verbally agreedPrior to issuing payment of the agreed upon amount, we requested a standard Refund Agreement and General Release which stipulated that Ms*** would remove the existing complaint, negative reviews and postsIt requested that she no longer speak poorly of RM Interiors and Design, Inc., our employees or contractors either verbally or online through reviews and social media postsUpon seeing the request to remove negative reviews, Ms*** refused to sign our agreementWhat has us most confused is, the statements made about our company have been in complete contradiction to the 5-Star review of our company, provided by her significant other whom had open involvement in this project as well. In our last communication with Mrs***, she stated that she would exercise the Warrantee option of our work agreement to satisfy her concernsWe apologize for any inconvenience caused on our endOur cleaning services are still at available upon her request. I did not accept the response or offer of $500 (which would have required me to clean the mess left behind by this company myself) because of my refusal to remove negative facts about my experience with this company.  Instead, I refused to accept the $500 offer because I would have had to perform the cleaning of my own floors, baseboards, walls, doors and cabinets to remove the excess grout that was not cleaned by the workers when the work was performed the first, second, third or fourth time.  To get an accurate cost of what it would take to clean the messes, I obtained a quote from a professional cleaner (COIT) whose price to clean the floors and baseboards APPROPRIATELY would have cost me $1,300.  I also refused to accept the $500 offer from RM Interiors because their "standard" agreement stated that by signing it I was relieving the company of any and all claims or responsibilities for the work.  After visiting my house a total of 4 different times after the initial install, there are still issues with the flooring tile, the bathroom wall tiles and the now dried grout on the baseboards and cabinets.  Seeing the poor quality of the work even AFTER Steve from RM Interiors came to my house and stood in front of me and Carlos and told Carlos to leave the house spotless after they replaced the 49 tiles that were not laid properly....they did just the opposite...they left it a mess. In fact, on the second day of their repair work all of the workers left without a single word to me.  I was sitting outside to let them do their work.  I went in to check on them and they had already left.  Seeing the mess, I decided to take photos and post the images to RM Interior's social media page to warn potential clients of they poor workmanship they did.  See attached photos as evidence.
