To whom it may concern: I am in recipient of your correspondence dated January 23, with ID of 12630472, in regards to a complaint on the property located at *** ** *** *** *** *I appreciate the opportunity to provide the following information addressing this complaint and
importantly the operating status of Tyner Ranch Apartments. Attached I included a copy of Ms*** Statement of Deposit for the apartment she and her husband *** *** occupied from February I, to December 29, On June 4th during a regular maintenance service request our maintenance noticed there were damages to the fire door in the garage leading to apartmentThe door casing was damaged, showing evidence of the fire door being kicked inWhen brought to Ms*** attention she admitted her husband kicked in the doorWe later invoiced them the cost of damages to fire doorWhen sending out the statements of deposits any outstanding invoices tenants fail to pay are charged from their depositsAfter we receive payment of an invoice and turn it over we receive a receipt to scan into the files and marked them as paid, which wasn't provided to our offie which caused the confusion on whether the payment was received or notMs*** provided our office with a receipt as proof that she paid that invoice off in a timely mannerWe have reached out to Ms*** and returned her what was charged from her deposit for the amount of the damagesWe have resolved this issue and came to an agreement.
