This person is not and have never been a customer of mine(Respectfully), When she first approached me in my home driveway I witnessed signs of mental issuesShe alleged to me that someone was under her home stealing her electricityI asked for her address and told her that I'll check it out for herI didThere were no signs of anyone tampering with her electricityShe kept asking me to talk low (when we were already talking low) alleging "they will hear us"I told her there's nothing I can do for her under the circumstances and leftApproximately two months later I was contacted by one of her male friends asking me to contact her to see if I can get her lights reconnectedShe was so persistent that someone was under her home stealing her electricity that she cut all of the wires from the breakers to rectify her "alleged" theft issuesShe didn't realize cutting the wires from the breakers would disengage her powerOver the phone she asked me to make her repairsI told her that I was on vacation in Galveston for the 4th of July holiday weekendShe ask "approximately how much would it cost to make such repairs?" My response was "it depends on what all they will be required to doHowever, from the sounds of it you should not exceed $500" she asked if I knew someone else, I told her noShe ended up getting in contact with my son, (who has no affiliation with the company) and worked out a deal with him to pay $to make her repairsHe did her work, she was satisfied with it and she paid himThree weeks later she contacted me again and asked me if I disconnected her powerI said absolutely notApproximately two weeks after that I recieved a call from "Adult Protective Services" with this same issue as they agreed that there's something mental happening with herPlease be advised that this is not an attempt to undermine this personI truly hope she gets the help she so desperately needsFor the record, "Harewired Electrical Solutions", has yet to get off the groundRespectfully submitted, [redacted] Sent on: 7/24/10:13:AM
