This pool was a remodel JobWhen we went to change out the original lights, the lights were stuck in the conduit and the conduit was damage on the original pool lightsThe lights were not able to be pulled outSo we gave the homeowner the options to saw cut the lights and replaced them
with new lightsHe went with the option of trying to fix the originalsWe had already pebbled the pool. We sent our electrician out twice and the project manager out there times as well as other workers as far as we know they were working and we charge a reasonable rate to do the work and the UV was installed jst had to be plugged in and is working orderThe issues were taken care of around the time the complaint was made and the issues in the complaint were resolved to the best of our knowledge
