Hardwood Floors Plus

Review: Company was hired to refinish floors and to replace current stair in living room with a new stair that company was to make and deliver in two weeks after completion of floor refinishing. Original stair was taken as a model for new stair and was to be returned when new stair was installed. [redacted] has not called and has not returned numerous calls made to his number that is on his business card (###-###-####). This causing a safety hazard in my home. I have left message that if he cannot do job just return the stair. No return call. I have left messages that if their is a problem please call. No return call.Desired Settlement: Return of stair asap. Also I have an area of the living room that has discolored about a week after job completed and this should be fixed. I however have not been able to get in touch with company so I can not even address this issue with Mr [redacted]
