I was false in formed on items that got checked out by a Harkins tech.
On 4-14-14 I had a harkins tech come to my home to check out my ac unit through American Home Shield. The tech told me the everything looked good I asked if the motor and looked fine [redacted] said yes, and he also told me the return on my home was the right size and so did [redacted] at Harkins, But [redacted] told American home shield that my return was to small for my home but [redacted] tech from Harkins told me it was the right size and [redacted] from harksins told me that as well. Also american home shield informed me that they told them the coolent was low 5lb but on my paper work shows 4lb but I talked to [redacted] and he said theres no real way of measuring so thats also false information. Now I have no warranty through american home shield on my home and stuck with a broken AC unit. [redacted] also said I was missing a liquid line cooler which I am but he is saying that this is the reason I have a leak but then [redacted] told me there is no real way to tell its the cause.
