Review: My wife and I have been using this garage since 2013 for monthly parking. The charge from the beginning was 310 dollars per month per car. starting this year the [redacted] started to raise my car's monthly rate to 330 then 350 then 370 dollars per month. now this month he raised it again to 410 dollars/month. The business has a big sign on the entrance of the garage which states monthly charge for cars $260 and SUV and Luxury cars $310 per month. It also says that they charge up to $100 per month additional for "EXOTIC" cars. I'm driving a 2009 Porsche Carrera 911 that I guess can be considered a "luxury " car but by no means is an "Exotic care" car. I drive it every day to work. when I asked the [redacted] why your are asking me to pay you $410 per month while your sign says cars $260 and luxury cars 310 he says we can add up to $100 for "exotic" cars!So basically he has been over charging me for the past few month and despite multiple conversation I could not resolve the issue with him.Desired Settlement: to get reimbursed extra money that he has charged me illegally for the past few month and to adjust the fee for the future month to $310 per month as he is advertising.
