I am rejecting this response because: the company made NO attempt on any level to contact me regarding any problem with the order (negotiable financial instruments including my bank account number, name and address) which included NO refund until I questioned that aspect of the order as well.Again - the ONLY reason I was made aware of any problem with the order was when I checked the status of the order and found the order had been returned (without any indication of to it was returned or where it was returned). As well, I have never been provided ANY reason for the company not delivering the order - my bank confirmed correct delivery address on file to an address with 24 hour access/desk clerk.I will follow the example of Harland Clarke - I should be as obstinate in cooperation about this order. The only thing more ridiculous was Harland Clarke having my bank harass me with some empty apology (after the complaint to your office) while still refusing to answer any of the former concerns.
