The statements I provided are factualOn the contrary the company lies and provides no basisI as a Home owner have not been disciplined nor any such thing and the claims are unfundedOn the contrary my report of the tone and allegations of former president on HoA portal has remained unanswered and the company and former president both "have resigned"?! Another lie from the company is removal of me from Arch committee; I am still Architecture committee member despite the threat of former president and had a peaceful and constructive meeting on January 8th with current president & Board where the new president and board member apologized for previous president communication and "unapproachable at times"The board on 8th repeatedly said they encourage communication and appreciate what we doThere is also architecture members and I only wrote and share our concerns and suggestions which came to disliking of former HoA president!The management company stopped handling issues including Trash report or other matters much before their end of contract, since November is what I have proofThe new management company had to post Termite notifications on all garage doors as they realized earlier notification not received by home owners.On the "$1", I am glad they bring it up to highlight their m***er, principal (or lack of) and attitude. The company CEO asked me to go by to collect "$1" from his change, and they claimed they could not refund additional charge wrongly processed electronically since it is through 3rd party, but magically once reported to Revdex.com, it was REFUNDED Electronically :) As another evidence to past (and still going on project) since the company brings it up, This company hired a not reliable roof company that many residents and home owners found problems with, including unauthorized & not communicated changes, water leak, nails all over the property at patios, all driveways; lots of safety hazard, a roof person falling into a unit, perhaps a reason contributing to resignation?!Regards,*** ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It is noticeable that the company is avoiding to address facts, and unhandled issues and instead selects a "childish", unprofessional, and unrespectful language which reveals the way they handle their business. There was no Termite inspection Service for over a year since ApproxAugust during their performanceAs noted in my original report, all emails, HoA and former President's allegations (*** ***), and snapshots of unhandled issues and tickets on portal are available and releasable.Thanks Revdex.com,Regards,*** ***

From the BUSINESS:Sent 1/12/11:06:AMRead by *** on 1/12/6:58:PMThis person is making fales claims and alogationsAll owners of them recevided all notifications regarding all HOA activity that concerned themAs you will see this owner has a grudge against the HOA, the past President the fact that she has been disciplined as a home owner for violation of rules and policiesThis is simply her forum to complainShe was also recently removed from an HOA committee because she could not work well with othersLook at this owners last complaint on here to understand this persons mind set as she complained about a supposed $fee she was being charged.

The issue has been sen to our attorney for review and advise on filing a law suite That is the current status

The tenant checked in, called us after hours and said she did not like some minor things about the propertyWe told her we would send someone in the AM to address her issuesA couple hours later she left a message stating she was leaving the property and that the AC was also not workingWe
responded the next AMTook care of the two minor issues and had our HVAC person there as well who reported that someone had unplugged the thermostat, it was them as our cleaners verified it was working right before they arrivedWe called the tenant and told her to move back inShe refusedWe offered to credit her for the one nightShe refusedShe then later filed a credit card dispute requesting the full amount back We have disputed this as it is an unreasonable request She had threatened legal resolution so there is not much else we can say at this point

Harland management ended at the end of Dec 31 2017 and I became aware of prev. president's end dat just as of Jan 4th 2018. multiple issues: 1. Harland sent an email and multiple mails up to July asking for a 1-time assessment or monthly increase for "Roof" upgrade. Home owners voted on 1-time pay. I was not notified of any increase in any ways, email or mail, till January when I received bill from new company and was provided a letter that I heard was mailed in Dec by Harland, never received by me, only when I inquired. Harland had previously notified "increase in Monthly for 2016 and 2017", clearly not mailing to me for 2018 during their period of contract/performance. 2. Termite ia an [redacted]ual HoA commitment, not performed in 2017. Last was spring/summer 2016 and next Jan 2018. No explanation or justification was provided. The termite notification was not received by me, email or mail. I was able to get assistance from current management company in January 3. Former HoA president has sent allegations, and false statements to me two times: 11/20 and Jan 4th. I reported to the management company then and no response or resolution was communicated for 11/20 during Harland contract. I am helping our community and doing my part by volunteering for Trash and Architecture committee.
Refund for missing Termite service in 2017 and any follow-up damage it might have caused. Minimally expect a proper management and closure to materials and notifications not mailed or emailed to me and all allegations. The emails and snapshots are available and can be provided. Thanks!

In the meantime her neighbors in the community nor the HOA board will pay her any attention as it is fruitless trying to reason with a small-minded, petty person.

The tenant checked in, called us after hours and said she did not like some minor things about the property. We told her we would send someone in the AM to address her issues. A couple hours later she left a message stating she was leaving the property and that the AC was also not working. We...

responded the next AM. Took care of the two minor issues and had our HVAC person there as well who reported that someone had unplugged the thermostat, it was them as our cleaners verified it was working right before they arrived. We called the tenant and told her to move back in. She refused. We offered to credit her for the one night. She refused. She then later filed a credit card dispute requesting the full amount back.  We have disputed this as it is an unreasonable request.  She had threatened legal resolution so there is not much else we can say at this point.

All owners 120 of them recevided all notifications regarding all HOA activity that concerned them. As you will see this owner has a grudge against the HOA, the past President the fact that she has been disciplined as a home owner for violation of rules and policies. This is simply her forum to complain. She was also recently removed from an HOA committee because she could not work well with others. Look at this owners last complaint on here to understand this persons mind set as she complained about a supposed $1.00 fee she was being charged.
