Daughter's birthday did not go as planned due to your staff.

Contact by the Business On Jan. 24, 2020 I reached out to Cole *** in sales about giving my daughter a birthday party with the Globetrotters here in Memphis. On that day, he went over everything with me, he told me that the price for the package was $100.00. I told him that was fine, and that I need 4 tickets. He told me that I would be sitting in section 110 row G seats 1-4. I gave him all of my information, credit card information and all. Apparently, he never put the request through. I looked back online that night, and saw that seats 1-3 had been sold. This was maybe 4 or 5 hours after speaking with him. So, I emailed him and he responded that following Monday due to it being the weekend. The new seats that he gave me was section 110 row J seats 1-4. That itself upset me because that's not what you told me on Friday. Over the week I did order more tickets, and he did try to keep them near the seats he gave me. I spoke with Mr., and let him know that Mr. only offered me the $100.00 package. He never informed me of a $50.00 package. I accepted the $100.00 package, and apparently he gave me the cheaper package. Had I know I would get the cheaper package, I would have never made the purchase.

In order to rectify the situation in which this guest did not feel they received what was paid for, the Harlem Globetrotters have offered to make things right by providing another experience at a future event at no charge. We believe the situation to be resolved and look forward to the opportunity to provide a memorable experience for this guest and valued fan. As a highly regarded organizatoin in the entertainment business we are glad to be able to have another shot to deliver our world-class product and overall experience.
