(such as lease TV set box for satellite/cable)                                 48.90 State tax                1.49 City tax                     .36 County tax              .10                                 50.85                                  �...⇄   $30.35 + $50.85 = $81.20 monthly   Customer's service was installed 7/22/15 and first billing was prepared for August 1, 2015.   As a result, partial charges were billed for the time from 7/22/15 thru 7/31/15 and also included on August statement along with the charges in advance for month of August.  Customer paid advance of $35 for installation of telephone line which was reflected as a payment on the August statement page 1.  This $35 advance offset the Other Charges (OCC) stated on bill as Line connection charge 7/22/15 and Service order charge 7/22/15.  Brazoria I-Net does not charge an installation fee for their service.  Brazoria I-Net also does not require a contract or auto pay enrollment.   Since I was not present during the actual application, I will not be able to confirm or deny any actual conversation that might have taken place.  I will say that our standard office procedures, of which I frequently monitor, is to advise customers a phone line averages between $30 to $35 monthly.  Internet service fee is quoted as stated on the website and we always discuss whether the customer chooses to lease a regular modem at $3.95 monthly to use along with their wireless router.  Or whether the customer chooses to lease a wireless modem/router at $6.95 monthly from Brazoria I-Net.  This information must be discussed with the customer in order to complete request and know which to deliver at time of installation. Unfortunately, today October 14, 2015, was my first opportunity to be aware of this complaint to Revdex.com.  I apologize for any delay but am returning this information on the same day as complaint received.  If any further information is required, please advise.  This account was given the same friendly, professional assistance we practice with all of our customers and apologize for any misunderstandings.   Thank You
