At This time All repairs have been completed and Mr. [redacted] has the motorcycle in his possession. A meeting was held with the customer and the service manager where his concerns were heard and addressed. We regret the amount of time that the repairs took to complete and stated so to Mr. [redacted]...

(1month, 4 days). All of the repairs that caused the majority of the delays were covered with no cost to the customer.  After a follow up he indicated that he was happy with the performance of the motorcycle and that the bike was "perfect". We hope to continue to do business with Mr. [redacted] in the future as he is a valued customer and part of the family at Bergen County Harley-Davidson.

Review: I enrolled in a Motorcycle course at [redacted] University on April 28, 2013. As I completed the course the instructors there were very nice, educated and professionals. During the course they have highly recommended Bergen County Harley Davidson where I should purchased by new motorcycle and received a $500.00 rebate within the 3 months period. As of today I still have not received my rebate. As a new rider and a consumer I feel I have been taken advantage of. I purchased a BMW 600cc sport on May 2013 everyone was nice however after you purchased your bike you are on your own. In addition I purchased a BMW Gear that cost me $500.00 because BCHD has requested me that in order to received my rebate I have to purchase the entitle $500.00 which it was not the agreement. I have send a certified return receipt letter and I have not received a courtesy call from Bergen County Harley Davidson their response was the BMW Headquarter is the contact individual. I have been pushed and shove and taken advantage and still no result. I feel this is BAD BUSINESS and Bergen County Harley Davidson should not be in business because they have taken me for a ride for the last five months. Both companies are being unprofessional to our society and consumers. How can we have two well known establishment take advantage of people who work hard for their money and rely on BMW for their support and services.I hope no one will encounter what I have experienced for the last 5 months. I have my rights and look forward into receiving an agreement and want my respect and hard working money.Desired Settlement: I want my rebate of $500.00.

Miss [redacted] assumed that she was eligible for two $250.00 rebates from BMW for $500.00. We filed both rebates on her behalf. BMW denied one of the rebates and approved the other. We issued a check to Miss [redacted] for $250.00 as soon as BMW North America reimbursed us. I refer you to the first paragraph of this email as to why we insisted on waiting for reimbursement from BMW NA before issuing a check to the customer. Miss [redacted] was not happy about having to wait, but she understood and said she would withdraw the complaint with the Revdex.com. Apparently, she did not.

In

reference to my original filed complaint ID # [redacted] with Bergen County Harley

Davidson my complaint was resolve with the BMW Corporation directly. I contacted BMW Corporation Headquarters and

they fully refunded my additional $ 250.00 with no deduction.

The

first $250.00 that was mailed to me by BCHD they deduction $45 out of my

$250.00 accusing me that I had a balance in their system which that was incorrectly

accused. They just took it upon themselves

to deduct money that was not owe to them however I do not want to ever

associate with this consumer in the future. So yes I did receive my

satisfaction with Revdex.com resolving my compliant and issue.

To the best of my

knowledge they should remain on the “Walk of Shame”
