bought two limited after hours left dealership with being told they would deliver the bike full of fuel clean and other things taken care of , on day of delivery no bikes call and could not get anyone to call back got ahold of someone hours later to find out something was wrong with one of the bike they wanted to wait to bring both of bikes I ask them to go ahead and bring the other one they said it would be first thing in the morning of next day3:the next day it showed upthe other one they said would be here two days from then and it would be first thing that morningit come at 2;that evening not clean not full of fuel not like they said and no drive out taghate this place would not recommend this place to no one

On Weds, July 15th, I purchased a new Ultra LimitedIt was being brought in from the New Orleans store and was to arrive ThursmorningThey were to swap my V&H exhaust from the old bike, put on a new A/C and backrestI was going to purchase a SERT so the bike could be tuned to the new partsI was told by the service deptthat they couldn't tune the bike until after the breperiodThey would do the service at 1,miles and put in on the dynoThe bike was going to be ready Thursday afternoon and they would call meThursday came and wentno callFriday came and went, no callSaturday, no callI called them at 3pm and was told that the bike was ready, sitting out back and to come and get itPicked the bike up at 4pm Sat and trailered it homeWent to take it for a ride, only to find out it wouldn't runThen I found the front tire lbunder pressureThe rear tire lbunder pressureThe rear air shock at lbThe headlight was so far out of adjustment that it was uselessIt had one gallon of gas, miles on the odometer, and was dirtyTrailered the bike back to cool Springs on Monday, the 20thTalked to Woody, the general manager, who told me that I had to buy a tuner and tune the bike or it wouldn't runWhen asked why the service deptwould tell me something different, He shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know"When told about the other issues with the bike and why I wasn't called, He apologized and said he didn't knowI bought the tuner and paid to have it tunedThey filled it with gas and washed itOn Monday the 20th I was finally presented with a bike that should have been delivered on the 16thThey charge $for a set up feeThat obviously doesn't include air pressure, headlight adjustment or a running bike
A couple of days after I got the bike home, I got a call from the dealership apologizing for my bad experience and telling me that is not how they do businessHe wanted to let me know that they valued me as a customer and hoped I would continue to do business with them in the futureIt was just more excuses and apologiesAt no time did he offer to make things right or offer any incentive to keep my businessAlthough, admittedly, it is hard to make things right when you deliver a brand new motorcycle to a customer that is in an unsafe and unusable conditionYou only get one chance to make an impressionThey certainly made an impression and it wasn't goodFool me once, shame on youFool me twice, shame on meI won't be doing business with Cool Springs HD again

Cool Springs Harley Davidson staff and owner have always been outstanding in customer serviceWe get invited to events at the dealership that are free and enjoyable to attend Other events such as rides and parties are well advertised and fun to participate inThe owner takes time to talk to customers which makes us feel like we are appreciated
