Mr. [redacted] has expressed dissatisfaction with [redacted]’s (“[redacted]”) handling of his claim and has stated that he believes he incurred two separate claims and is therefore owed two separate...

rental reimbursement fees. As always, [redacted] is dedicated to customer satisfaction and welcomes any opportunity to address his concerns regarding this matter.
Mr. [redacted] brought his motorcycle to [redacted] Harley Davidson (“[redacted] HD”) of [redacted] IN. Certain repairs were discovered by [redacted] HD and authorized by [redacted], the [redacted] administrator, as covered repairs.  [redacted] HD commenced repairs and test drove the motorcycle and discovered an additional repair. This additional repair did not incur an additional claim deductible, nor did the motorcycle ever leave the repair facility; as such the repairs are considered one claim and due only one expense reimbursement for rental vehicle coverage, not to exceed $750.00.
Under the terms of the contract Mr. [redacted] signed, Section 2, Your Coverage, Expense Reimbursement Package, Number 1, reads as follows:
Rental Reimbursement: when a breakdown makes your motorcycle inoperative or unsafe to drive and your motorcycle must remain in the shop overnight, we will reimburse you for the rental vehicle charges. The limit to this reimbursement per claim is $750.00.
Mr. [redacted] repair facility designated that only one claim was made and only one deductible was charged. Additionally, the repair facility has confirmed that at no point did the motorcycle leave their facility. As such, one claim was filed by [redacted] HD and only one rental reimbursement fee is permitted.
