worst service ever
I bought a harley from these guys and the finance guy refused to transfer my specialty plate over that I've had for 8 years in recognition of being sober for 8 years and he told me to go to the dmv. so when I go to the dmv I get told that the plate was unregistered and was given away to someone else. I wanted to speak to a GM and when he called he proceeded to make excuse after excuse for everything and never tried to make it better or offer something to try and make it better. he just argues with you until you get mad and hang up. all these people care about is getting you to buy and once you do they don't give 2 cents about you anymore and make that very apparent in their actions and the way they speak and treat you. I have bought many vehicles and motorcycles and this is by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had and would go anywhere but here for another bike. to be honest I would drive out of state before going to this place ever again. do yourselves a favor ans font waste your money here ans go somewhere else like superstition harley where the customer service is actually something they still believe in! if I could give a worse rating I would!

business with us.  We procured him excellent financing of 4.99% interest, which will save him thousands in interest charges, on 84 months that he claimed he couldn't get anywhere else and were more than fair on the pricing we sold him the new unit for and traded his old unit for.  We don't see anything here other than a great deal, especially considering the short time that elapsed between his purchases, on a bike with great financing.  Quite frankly, we aren't sure why Mr. [redacted] feels this way.  We are sorry Mr. [redacted] doesn't agree.Our goal is to keep our customers happy at our dealership.  If it's any consolation, we'd be happy to assist Mr. [redacted] with his first service on his bike if he'd like in hopes of showing him we do value his patronage.  The value of this service is roughly $400.  All he has to do is let us know.Thank you.

This place was great! Justin my sales guy knew everything about the bikes. Shawn the manager made everything quick and easy and even gave me a better deal than all the other dealers in the valley. They got me a great loan and killer price on all the custom stuff. This is not my first Harley and I was truly impressed with how awesome this whole thing was! I would recommend everyone go here, and not to waste time on the "other guys in town". Thanks again for the killer deal and service!
