Very unpleasant experience dealing with Harley Plumbing & Rooter.
This company was assigned by my home warranty program to work my claim. I did some research on the company and was sure they would be able to help me, but instead I was lied to and treated like a number.
Once the claim had been assigned to them they didn't call within the first 24 hours so I called them. Spoke with [redacted]/Manager and he was short and rude about how far my house was from their shop. I asked if they could come out Saturday or Monday (this was on Wednesday). [redacted] said he was working on the schedule and would call me back Friday with an answer. Well Friday got her and I called him at 4:30 pm before they closed given he didn't call back as promised. Spoke with [redacted] again and he said that they didn't have anyone in my area for Saturday and that Saturdays were mainly for emergency's only. He said he would call me Sunday (?) to let me know if they could come out Monday. Well what do you know no one called Sunday, so called him back on Monday he said he had called my warranty program provider to let them know that they weren't' going to be able to assist me and to find another company to help me. [redacted] was short and cold and did not care at all, I felt horrible as if my business was worth nothing to them because of where I live.
I would really appreciate if Revdex.com could look into this business as no one deserves to be treated like I was.

I have been using Harley Plumbing & Rooter for several years and have nothing but the highest compliments on their service. Of my 5 or 6 service calls they have always been on time and if they can't be on time they call to let you know. Their work is top rate and costs reasonable. The employees and office staff are great people. I have referred them to friends who have been happy as well. I highly recommend.

Harley Plumbing & Rooter recently fixed a major leak in our bathroom plumbing. Their customer service was excellent. We had previously attempted to fix the problem on our own and had spent quite a lot of money on parts. When their plumber got there, he told us we had all the wrong parts. He was prepared with the right equipment and was able to fix the problem in one visit. Additionally, he walked my husband through the fix, teaching him how he was fixing the issue. This made us feel that they were more concerned about the real problem at hand rather than just the money. When we called to make our appointment, their office manager, [redacted], was helpful in squeezing us in at the end of a busy day. He was friendly and extremely knowledgable. We will continue to refer this company to our friends, family and neighbors.

My Home Warranty company sent Harley Plumbing and Rooter out to fix my hot water heater. When I spoke to the lady in the office, she assured me the plumber would call me before arriving between 8-10 am. I stayed home from work so that I could be there. When he did not show up, I went to work. He arrived late and my mother in law asked him to call me. He did not. He diagnosed the water heater without talking to me and knowing what had happened. The warranty company then denied the claim. He left a bid for $2200 to replace the hot water heater. When I called the girl up in the office, she said she would have him call me. He did not. I found a plumbing company to come out and replace the hot water heater for 1/3 of the price of this company. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I am sure when he saw the old lady at my house, he would try to take advantage of her. DO NOT USE THEM>
