It is very unfortunate when issues like this arise and Harley Plumbing and Heating Plus, Incwill do its best to resolve this issue with the customerAs an owner here at Harley Plumbing & Heating Plus, IncI have not spoken to the customer directlyI was informed that a family member had called on the customer’s behalf, but without speaking directly to the customer it is very difficult to resolve the issueUpon speaking to the technician I learned that the coupling had broken while dismembering the pump to replace itI can assure you that the pump was new out of box and had been in our inventory at our facilityAs far as I know there is no shelf life for this part and it should still be in excellent condition and working orderWe are willing to work with the customer on this issue if the customer would contact meI look forward to hearing from them.Best Regards, [redacted] CFO/Owner [redacted] Tell us why here

I would like to point out, that on the previous visits from Harley Plumbing, that I was not asked to sign papers ahead time I will not be calling on the phone because your people are rude, patronizing and uninterested in my issues If Harley Plumbing really wanted to settle this matter, it could do so through these emails It doesn't appear to me that they are Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # *** ] I had called the office and spoken with *** requesting information on the fuel pump He was quite aware that I had my doubts as to the condition of the fuel pump and the price I paid for it He had not the slightest bit of interest that I was unhappy with their product and did nothing to try to resolve my concerns I also noticed that there was no mention in their reply about the $I spent to have them come and again fix the furnace, only to have it not work again two days later As for the family member that called them, that was my sister speaking in my behalf Therefore, they are fully aware of my concerns regarding the pump and my dispute on the following, ineffectual service call

Harley Plumbing & Heating Plus, Incwill do its best to work with the customerAs stated in the previous response, the customer has not contacted our office to speak with an ownerOffice employees do not have the authority to resolve customer complaints or financial issuesThe company policy has always remained the sameIt is a ninety-five dollar fee to get a technician to the homeOnce the technician assesses the problem, he will quote you a priceIf you choose to have the technician stay and do the work then the ninety-five dollar fee is waived and the cost is the price that the technician has quoted youThe invoice and sales receipt that Ms*** signed after the visit states, “I hereby authorize the work described above and agree to the terms and conditions stated on this formI recognize that aged and deteriorated plumbing fixtures, piping and appurtenances may no longer be serviceable, and I agree to hold Harley Plumbing and Heating Plus, Incblameless for any damage or destruction to those items as a result of these conventional repair effortsI agree to pay for all work, goods, and services received, and hereby further authorize Harley Plumbing and Heating Plus to investigate my credit record and report to proper persons and bureaus my performance of this agreement and to bill any of my credit card(s) for the goods or services being provided, and I agree to perform the obligations set forth in the applicable card holder agreement with the credit card userI represent that I am either the owner of the property or the owner’s agent, and have authority to order said work.” Ms*** signed this document on each occasionThe invoice and sales receipt clearly states that the customer agrees to hold Harley Plumbing and Heating Plus Incblameless for any damage or destruction to those items as a result of these conventional repair efforts and also states that the customer agrees to pay for the service upon signing the documentThe customer has made no attempt to resolve the issue
