In reference to ID no [redacted] ; Mr [redacted] completed a credit application with our company and applied for automatic delivery on July 16, 2013, (NOT years ago as stated by Mr***)Our pricing changes periodically , as does all oil companfos according to the market pricing.Mr*** was on our budget program He received a credit card statement through his credit card company each month for the same payment amount.Mr [redacted] did in fact receive statements*Please note that the enclosed statement February (p1ior to his so called "problem "date of March 16, 2014).*Mr [redacted] called our office after we mailed him a bill concerning his account.Our records indicate that he called at 12:p.mon MARCH 6, to discuss his bill and increased his regular monthly payment to cover his balance due.As with most people; Mr [redacted] was not happy to increase his monthl y payment He was very verbal with our staff.IfMr [redacted] was so upset with our company; l cannot understand WHY he would renew a contract (see enclosed MAY 21, SIGNED AGREEMENT)Each time Mr [redacted] called he was quite verbal with ow•staffAt this time; it was apparent that we coul d not make Mr [redacted] happy .Therefore; we felt it was in everyone's best interest to cancel Mr***' contract and refund him the credit due.I do not understand what Mr [redacted] desired settlement of someone looking into our company and "their filled" is.There are quite a few oil companies in the tri state area to service Mr [redacted] and we explained this to him in our last conversation.Should you request any additional information please call meSincerely,

I was on the budget plan, cap plan, and they took out the same amount each month and I never received a statement monthlyI have a copy of the contract that I sign and sent back to them in May of Yes I was verbal because I asked for receipt each month to see how much they put oil in the tank to compair with how much I would have in the budget so at the end of the season I would not have to pay hundreds of dollars and to this day I don't have proof that I was over charged even all way back from NO Receipt except the last one left on my door where I was over charged by a hundred dollars.That is why I am asking for someone to look in this business because of their unorganized and billing system

Once again; in reference to Mr***' complaint; we will repeat our statement of facts.Mr*** was on the budget program with a monthly credit card deposit(Mr*** did in fact receive a statement from his credit card company with the deposit infonnation)Mr*** did receive delivery tickets.Mr*** did receive a statement of account (see example of 2-24-2014) as sent with our ORIGINAL RESPONSE.Mr*** was very verbally abusive to our staff (and admitted to said abuse in his complaint) Therefore; we told Mr*** we obviously could not please him and he needed to find another company.I would sincerely like to see Mr*** cap papers for 2014/which we stamped and returned to him.Once again; if Mr*** was so unhappy with our company WHY DID HE RENEW HIS ACCOUNT ??Please let us lmow what it is Mr*** would like from us so that we canput this matter behind us and move forward We cannot imagine that he would want to continue this matter as he has been made wholeand requests no additional moniesSincerely,Harley Services, Inc

Review: we have had this company for two to three years. Request a monthly bill and have not ever seen one. Also call to asked for lock in price, they lost my the paper work that I signed and sent in and they said we were not locked in. It seems for the past three year this company has been very unorganized and charges what ever they feel appropriate.Desired Settlement: Want someone to look into this company and their filled.
