the service charge is a company policy that's posted on all prepaid carriers. this customer came in looking for trouble and used this 2.00 fee as a
excuse he was just looking for trouble . if this was a big deal why he
keeps coming back to pay here ? nothing more we can say ...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:First of all, it's not about any so called $2 service charge! It's about me giving this guy $32 and he gives me a receipt for $30. Someone should educate this guy on how business is done.When a customer purchases an item or uses a service, the receipt should reflect the money that was paid. Apparently this guy doesn't know that. I don't know what kind of records this guy is keeping, but that's not how legitimate business is done.
