Good afternoon First we want to apologize for any issues in regards to making sure an even goes as planned We always desire to meet our customers expectations It looks like in this case that there was a halt in communication on April 25th when a request was sent to the customer
about further details and waiting for a responseIn the discussion with the dispatch office there was an original quote for buses to move peopleIt was determined to do safely that we needed to utilize buses Starting on April 25th our dispatch made several attempts to contact ***, by email and by phone to confirm the trip to include a down payment to reserve services and provide the additional details of what would be required Unfortunately we were unsuccessful in getting a response In an attached email we show reaching out to the customer on April 25th with some questions on the trip With no communication with the POC until that Saturday the 29th, we did not have confirmation for the trip We unfortunately do not have weekend hours and we were unable to react to her callsWe apologize for the increased cost the association had incurred and do wish that we could have had contact in that week leading up to the event so that this would have occurred
