They have updated their website and they have removed the VIP rental fee from their siteI have a copy of the page before, but they have at least updated their page so the info is not longer there and you have to call to get a price, which was the fix I was asking forI have attached a copy of the page before the updateI know I will not get a refund and while I am still am very upset over their customer service and the information I am okay with the fact that they have at least updated their sitePlease note that this update to their web site happened within the last days because it was not done by the day I sent my initial complaint

Harlow's does over events a yearWe have events for people and also peopleDue to the wide variety of shows, it would not be prudent to fill our website with every exception that may take placeThe website is meant to be a starting point for informationWe do not allow people to book
VIP booths online for this reasonWe have personal contact with every customer before they purchase a boothWe do this to clearly lay out all the details before the customer chooses whether or not they wish to purchase a VIP booth. As it states in the emails, the customer was very aware of the price of the booth prior to purchasing itThis customer knew they would be paying $for the booth and decided that was worth it to themAfter making the purchase, but before the show took place, they brought their concerns to us through emailThey were offered refunds for the show and a cancellation of the the booth if they wishedThe customer declined and wanted to go through with the show tickets and the $booth. We have had *** *** shows in the past two years and they sell out nearly every timeThe VIP booths, there are 5, sell out fast as premium seating is limited in our venue for that showOf the customers who purchased booths for this show, of them had no issues.We are in the process of making a new website and will discuss whether or not adding some language that the information on the website will have exceptions will be beneficial to customers, or lead to more confusion We will not offer any kind of refund as we already did so and it was declined by the customer
