***'s Chelist shows that everything was clean and in good working order when he moved in and returned the completed and signed list to usThere are no issues noted on the chelist regarding any mold or mildew or any issues that needed to be addressed. ***’s deposit was
mailed out but apparently he has not received it yet and it has not returned to usWe are working with *** to get this resolved

I am rejecting this response because: what I stated is true about the molds mildews and damages when I moved in. I did not make up the story. I vacuumed and cleaned the place when I moved in. I cleaned and passed the cleaning check when I moved out. I deserve to receive my $150 out of total $250 deposit.
