I am rejecting this response because:
The work is complete, but he did a poor jobHe has been paid and all money has been clearedI have bank statements showing this The quality of work was not at all what I expectedI now I have to pay someone to fix my yard from the damage he caused and the door The gentleman who cleaned my gutters offered to do it for free while *** was giving an estimateI have been extremely disappointed in the lack of respect and poor craftmanship from *** ***. The job is now done, but I hope no one has to deal with the kind of bullying from this company that I did

I have already been back to the customer's house and finished the job. The consumer went against my advice and would not pay me until the floor was sealed. The floor was to be sealed within 24-72 hours but she held my money and made me wait thirty days to seal the floor. I told her when I was paid I...

would come seal the floor. I went to the bank and was not able to cash the check because they said her signature did not match anything else she had signed. I even had a guy clean her gutters and I am not a gutter company. I did not make anything off the plumbing work and donated about $900 in labor costs for this job. Before I poured the concrete she called me and messaged me everyday. Due to the location of the job behind her house I could not get a truck back there and had to have the concrete buggy back there. I explained that it was do wet and the equipment would damage her yard. I have done everything for her I can possibly do with the exception of fixing her yard which I will not do for free.
