I set up an appointment to receive a bid on some concrete refinishing They have a neat website that seemed to show they had their act together so I was hopeful they would be reliable The website says they will call if they can't make the appointment for some reason Well, they missed the appointment They never called I took off hours of work to make the appointment but they never showed I called numbers to find out where they were One number didn't even have voice mail left messages at the other two and they haven't called back What a waste of my time

I took off 3 hours of work to make the appointment but they never showed. I called 3 numbers to find out where they were. One number didn't even have voice mail. left messages at the other two and they haven't called back. What a waste of my time.
