Review: On July 31/2015 I ordered 10 bottles of cosmetics from their website and paid with credit card. I received and recorded the confirmation that the transaction took place. I tried a few days later to check the order status on the company website, this function doesn't work. I sent 2 e-mails inquiring about the status of my order, and I didn't receive any response. Then I called the Customer Service, where after almost an hour of searching my order info I was told that it will be shipped at the end of the week of August 14. The shipment didn't arrive so I sent another couple of request for information about my order. I finally received an answer from hxxxxx.vxxxxx@[redacted] saying that "This shipped and is showed delivering to you on 8/10.". Because I didn't receive the order I asked for information about the shipping company and tracking number. To this moment I didn't receive anything .Desired Settlement: I want the order to be shipped or the money returned to my credit card.

Review: I had purchased hair dye from this company in January 2014 with no issues. They shipped it to Canada via ground shipping. I tried to order again last week and they sent an email stating they had cancelled my order because could not ship flammable liquids via air. I called and told them it was a ground shipment and the customer service rep refused to help me, basically just a lot of "I don't know." 3 days later, I logged in to see that they had charged my credit card anyway. I logged into the website and it stated my order was "pending delivery." I called again and was told that the company cannot ship flammable liquids to [redacted]. I told the rep that it had been done before and she stated "well, it shouldn't have." The order numbers on the website and the order numbers in the email did not match. The order numbers on the website linked the rep to past orders that I did not make. Instead of the rep letting me talk to someone who could answer my questions about the change in policy, she just told me to try to order again. I might also mention that after the first cancellation, I attempted to email customer service about the matter and 5 days later have still not received a response. I currently have 2 charges from this company on my credit card. The rep said the charges would be refunded within 3 days, it's been 6 days since the charges were made. This is a very unprofessional business.Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered as it was when I ordered last January. Otherwise, I would like a full refund of all charges and evidence as to why the product can no longer be shipped to me. If the product cannot be shipped to me, it should not allow the order to go through. Knowledgeable customer service reps would be helpful as well. Most recent order number is [redacted]

Review: I purchased an order on June 11th. My debit card was declined because the billing address I provided was not correct, as I was in the process of moving. I called them back and told them the address should be right now since I had changed it with my bank. The person I spoke with told me to give them the old address anyways, and I knew it would get declined again because I had already switched the address that day. It got declined again, as I suspected. I called back again and I spoke with another person and explained the situation. She had me stay on the phone to make sure it went through this time, which it did. I was charged for my purchase on June 24th. It is now July 7th. I have not heard anything from the company as to whether the order was shipped, on hold, or cancelled, so I called to ask where my order was. The man I spoke to on the phone said my order had been canceled. I told him I had been charged for my order on June 24th. He said he did not see that. Just that it was canceled and he had to send an email to the correct department and "would get back to me". As soon as I hung up, I called my bank and explained what had happened. They said they would dispute the charges. I also emailed Harmon Discount to let them know how disappointed I was and I got back an email stating the email was not delivered and something about the server being down. I am so suspicious now about all this. I don't know if these people are trying to pull a fast one on me or what.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. I don't intend on doing business with this company ever again.
