We hired [redacted] Remodeling and [redacted] to do a renovation on our houseHe abandoned the job halfway through while we were out of town, leaving the house not only in disarray but unsafe to live in We learned he'd lost his license after starting our jobWe took him to court, for which he failed to showHe owes us over $12k and growingIt has been several years now and we've not seen one penny DO NOT hire this man!

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and also did not know there was a problem with service that was provided until nowIf the customer would have contacted us or returned back to shop we would of fix the problem on the spot, But there was no communication between us at all. We have
always been great to customers and we will not stop nowif there is anything we can do to solve this matter and have a satisfied customer please let us know.once again we are very sorry

To whom it may concern:
When the Chevy Impala came to my shop to get mechanic work done it started with CV axles (which she brought and bought on her own} We did the spark plugs and axles that dayThe spark plug wires was not sitting correctly on the plugs so yes it was misfiring, we fixed that situation, Came back again for the sound of metal grindingLooked it over test drove it and it came back to being not just a dust shield but wheel bearingsWin you go in and change old parts with new parts it will make the older parts that are not being changed worse off because of the wear that was previously put upon from bad parts or worn out partsNow when the customer brought us a Junk Yard part that was no better off than what she already had on her car we explained that it is for your benefit that you get a new one because you are NOT being charged labor for the inconvenience of having to come back, Also NO mark up on the part except TaxNow with this being a situation we tried to avoid by telling the customer that you cant just change one side without the other because that is a short cut to save money but doing that is not always the bestWe also stressed the fact that when you change wheel bearings cv axles shocks brakes you don't just do one side you do them in pairsNow with all this being said and done I think that we did what we could and offered what we could to best handle the situation but to no ad vail we still have a situation the only thing I suggest is that the customer buy another wheel bearing at list price (no mark up) Going to have to pay for labor this time around and fix the problemBut as far as the door being shut to hide something is not what we had intendedIt has been very hot and we run a/c inside for the office and customers to sit in, Now if I have my door open to the bays (to which no customers or allowed ) my a/c would b wasted so that is the reason the door was shut and also to keep noise down for the guest waitingthe job does only really take and hour and a halfWe only have guys I *** are just a Tire Technician, *** my full time Mechanic and *** which does bothNow when I have all my bays full and everybody is doing work and another customer comes in and wants mechanic to check something he has to go check it at least to see if he can do anything with it and this does push things back and I'm sorry that has to be but I'm not going to let money just walk off on your account of wanting to wait for your car at the shop when I have previously told the customer that it only takes a minute to get busy and she could drop it off and not have to wait for itWe had an appointment but I also told customer to call ahead and see if we were a little backed up which she did not do. Like I said previously when I get busy I need help and if they have to stop to help me so be it but we try and sometimes its not good enough and we get a situation like this to which I would love to resolve
Sincerely,
Manager *** Guaranteed Tire&Auto

The customer was told that she needs to replaced both of the front wheel bearings and for whatever reason she only replaced the 1, it is kinda like going and buying new shoes, when you buy new shoes, you buy both of themthe customer was told she needs to replace BOTH wheel bearings
We gave the customer the part for exactly what we get the part for and we did the labor for freeI am not doing anything else for this customer as far as any kind of refundIf she wants, I will give her the receipt for the part and she can go to * *** and get her money back and if she chooses to do that she will need someone other than our company to take the part off the vehicle for her because we will notThe only way her noise is going to go away is for her to replace her other wheel bearing like we told her to begin withI tried calling the customer on 6/23/at 230pm and no answerIf the customer wants the noise to go away, she needs to replace the other wheel bearing and the list price to get the part is and additional charge for the labor if she wants us to fix it and if not she is more than welcome to take it elsewhere and then her noise will go away.
As far as the bay door being closed, we do not want any customers in our work environment because our insurance does not cover customers in the work area and there are signs everywhere that says this

Have the customer go by that store and pick up there tireWe are going to go ahead and give it to them even though they have no proof, no receipt, and they are not even the original customerPlease end this nonsenseThanks
In the future we will not be giving any customer anything
without a receipt!!!!

We hired [redacted] Remodeling and [redacted] to do a renovation on our house. He abandoned the job halfway through while we were out of town, leaving the house not only in disarray but unsafe to live in.
We learned he'd lost his license after starting our job. We took him to court, for which he failed to show. He owes us over $12k and growing. It has been several years now and we've not seen one penny.
DO NOT hire this man!

I've had this business do work thru out my house and I love the results. Always finished in a timely manor and very professional.
