The gutters were old steel gutters that were heavily rusted and did not have the proper amount of gutter brackets installed. Due to this during the course of the roof replacement the gutters did get dented which we offered to straighten out...

and install gutter brackets 2 on center and at the ends which would of addressed the issue but the client refused and demanded new gutters to be installed. We subsequently agreed to this and he wanted to hire his own gutter contractor to complete this and to give us a bill to be paid by us which we agreed to as long as it was fairly priced.
We sent the same technician back out that installed the power vents to address concerns the client had with the power vents which he did past this complaint. Which he bent 2 others side down over the side of roof curb and firmly fasten the fan to the roof curb. The client was not happy with this resolved though the fans were install adequately and would have no problem being warranted by us.
The roof on the shed was accidently removed and replace. The client got a bid of $600 to remove and replace the shed roof by the shed company which we promptly reimbursed client already.
The Window tops were done differently than originally and client was not pleased with the appearance which we sent back out John B[redacted] to further address this with the client and what could be further be done to please him. Client said he would think it over and let us know which to date he hasn’t given us a concrete answer an other than he’s getting bids from different contractors for one contractor to complete the removal, replacement of gutters, replacement of gutter covers, front door stoop, slate tile repair, repair of 3 house fans, windows repair which we have requested a copy of this bid for 2 weeks now so we can review and address accordingly.
Our hope is to address this clients concerns and reimburse client fairly for the above referenced repairs so that both client and us can move past this issue as we strive to make all clients 100% satisfied as we have which has been represented by our A+ rating with the Revdex.com prior to this complaint
