Harmonics

Review: We bought and installed Harmonics flooring for our home. The product began to swell at the seams and buckle throughout the floor within 6 weeks of installation. We followed the installation instructions to the letter, in fact the inspector that Harmonics sent out said the same thing, so we do not understand why they are having difficulties refunding our money.Desired Settlement: We would like to be refunded our money due to Harmonics faulty product.

The swelling is not related to manufacturing defect. This floor was found to have multiple violations of Harmonics instructions and warranty requirements, as well as installation methods that run counter to industry standards. The primary cause of the swelling problems are likely the lack expansion space in many areas. The responsibility of the problems in this claim belongs with the installer. This was determined by an independent 3rd party certified flooring inspector, whose report was supplied to the homeowner. Mr. [redacted] has the opportunity to have his own inspection done and if the results differ from the original inspectors findings we will be happy to reopen Mr. [redacted]s claim.
